Bitte beachte, dass Bewerbungen ausschließlich über das hier, nur während der Bewerbungsfrist, online gestellte Formular möglich sind. Bitte schicke keine Unterlagen per Post oder Email. /

• Informationen zum Bewerbungsverfahren/ Information on the application process
  
  • In Tübingen gibt es zwei Wohnheime für Student:innen, die von der KHG Tübingen geführt werden, das Carl-Sonnenschein-Haus und das Erasmushaus. Die beiden Wohnheime unterscheiden sich in der Größe der Häuser und der WGs, der Lage... Mehr Informationen dazu gibt es auf den jeweiligen Unterseiten. Das Erasmushaus ist im selben Gebäude untergebracht wie die KHG und dadurch stärker angebunden, was Veranstaltungen, Miteinander und Engagement betrifft. Daher ist hier neben den Bewohner:innen auch der Gemeinderat bei der Zimmervergabe beteiligt.
  •  In Tübingen there are two residence halls for students that are run by the KHG Tübingen, the Carl-Sonnenschein-Haus and the Erasmushaus. The two residence halls differ in the size of the houses and the flatshares, the location... More information can be found on the respective subpages. The Erasmushaus is housed in the same building as the KHG and is therefore more closely connected in terms of events, togetherness and commitment. Therefore, in addition to the residents, the municipal council is also involved in the allocation of rooms.
  • Eine Bewerbung ist sowohl in beiden Wohnheimen möglich als auch nur in einem davon. Die Bewerbungen werden unabhängig voneinander in den einzelnen Häusern vom jeweiligen Zimmervergabe-Ausschuss gesichtet und bewertet. Dieser besteht aus den Stockwerksvertreter:innen, Haussprecher:innen und den Hausleitungen, im Erasmushaus kommt noch eine Vertretung aus dem Gemeinderat hinzu.
  • An application is possible for both dormitories or just for one of them. The applications are viewed and evaluated independently in the individual houses by the respective room allocation committee. This consists of the floor representatives, house speakers and the house managers, in Erasmushaus there is also a representative from the municipal council.
  • Bei uns entscheidet die Hausgemeinschaft mit, wer ins Wohnheime einzieht, sie richtet sich also an Hausleitung und künftige Mitbewohner:innen. Daher ist es wichtig, dass die eingereichten Bewerbungsunterlagen nicht nur vollständig, sondern auch aussagekräftig sind.
  • At the Carl-Sonnenschein-Haus, the house community decides who moves into the dormitories, so it is aimed at the house management and future roommates. It is therefore important that the application documents submitted are not only complete, but also meaningful.
• Benötigte Unterlagen zur Bewerbung / Required Documents for the application

  • Für die Bewerbung benötigen wir von Ihnen folgende Unterlagen: Bewerbungsbogen, Foto und Studienbescheinigung.
  • For the application we need the following documents from you: application form, photo, references and the certificate of enrollment.
  • Bitte füllen Sie den Bewerbungsbogen vollständig aus. Durch den Bewerbungsbogen verschaffen sich die Auswahlgremien der Studierendenwohnheime einen Überblick über die Bewerber:innen. Aus dem Bewerbungsbogen werden zudem die Daten für den weiteren Kontakt und Benachrichtigungen entnommen.
  • Please fill out the application form completely. The selection committees of the student halls of residence use the application form to get an overview of the applicants. The data for further contact and notifications is also taken from the application form.
  • Nicht alle Interessierten können zum Zeitpunkt der Bewerbung eine aktuelle Studienbescheinigung oder eine Zulassung vorlegen. Das ist kein Hinderungsgrund! Wichtig ist, dass eine Studienbescheinigung zum Vertragsabschluss nachgereicht werden kann.
  • Not all interested parties can present a current study certificate or admission at the time of application. This is not an impediment! It is important that a certificate of enrollment can be submitted later when the contract is concluded.
• Abblauf des Bewerbungsverfahrens und Datenschutz / The application process and data protection
  
  • Ihre Bewerbung wird nach Eingang von der Verwaltung der KHG Tübingen bearbeitet.
    Im Anschluss daran stehen die Bewerbungsunterlagen den Vertreter:innen des jeweiligen Zimmervergabe-Ausschusses zur Verfügung, der aus Bewohner:innen und der Hausleitung sowie im Erasmushaus zusätzlich aus einem Mitglied des Gemeinderat der KHG besteht.
  • Upon received, your application will be processed by the administration of KHG Tübingen. The application documents are then available to the representatives of the respective room allocation committee, which consists of residents and the house management as well as a member of the municipal council of the KHG in the Erasmus house.
  • Die Bewerbungen werden von diesen Personen gesichtet und bewertet. Für das Bewerbungsverfahren des Erasmushauses werden mit ausgewählten Bewerber:innen vor der abschließenden Entscheidung auch Interviews geführt.
    Neben den Mitarbeiter:innen der KHG Tübingen haben also auch Bewohner:innen sowie Vertreter:innen des Gemeinderats Zugriff auf die Bewerbungsunterlagen, die im Rahmen des festgelegten Bewerbungsverfahrens als Zimmervergabe-Ausschuss agieren. Weitere Hinweise zum Datenschutz finden Sie  a hier.

  • • Student:innen, die einen Platz in einer unserer Wohnheime erhalten können, werden nach Abschluss des Vergabe-Verfahrens von der jeweiligen Hausleitung informiert und erhalten dann von der Hausverwaltung die notwendigen Vertragsunterlagen und Informationen zum Einzug.
    • Students who can get a place in one of our dormitories will be informed by the respective house management after the allocation process has been completed and will then receive the necessary contract documents and information for moving in from the house management.
    • Bewerber:innen, denen wir leider kein Zimmer anbieten können, welche die Hausgemeinschaften aber gerne aufnehmen würden, werden in einer Liste für Nachrücker:innen aufgenommen und darüber informiert. Die Personen in dieser Liste werden benachrichtigt, sobald freie Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen.
    • Applicants to whom we unfortunately cannot offer a room, but who would like to be accommodated by the household community, will be included in a list for successors and informed about this. The people on this list will be notified when rooms become available.
• Benötigte Unterlagen nach Zusage eines Zimmers / Required documents after a room has been confirmed
  • Zusätzlich zu den für die Bewerbung bereits eingereichten Unterlagen müssen für den Vertragsabschluss noch nachgereicht werden: aktuelle Studienbescheinigung (falls noch nicht erfolgt); Kopie des Personalausweises (Vorder- und Rückseite); Nachweis über eine gülitge Haftpflichtversicherung (als Student:in meist über Familienhaftpflicht abgedeckt).
  • In addition to the documents already submitted for the application, the following must also be submitted for the conclusion of the contract: current certificate of enrollment (if not already submitted); Copy of ID card (front and back); Proof of valid liability insurance (as a student, usually covered by family liability insurance).
